Compare and Merge
Office XP gives users the ability to merge together comments and revisions from multiple reviewers. The author (document owner) can then accept and reject one or all revisions.
- Open a revised document that you had originally sent to others for review.
- Click 'yes' to merge and compare the documents from the reviewers.
Find/Replace
Use Microsoft Word to find and replace text, formatting, paragraph marks, page breaks and other items.
- Launch 'Edit>Replace'. You’ll get a basic dialog box in which you may enter the Indian language text that you wish to find and also that which you want to replace it with.

Word Count
You may create a mass of text and carry out a word count on it. On the Tools menu, click Word Count. The results of everything Microsoft Word counts are displayed in the Word Count dialog box.
